Our founder, Ally Yap — Magical Master Wedding Planner of the team, with over 14 years of experience in the wedding industry — believes in guiding couples with heartfelt advice rather than pressuring them into weddings that don’t resonate with their vision.
In 2018, Ally established XO23 Wedding Events, assembling a dedicated team of six full-time professionals, including Wedding Planner, Wedding Designer, Florist, and Decorator. We specialise exclusively in Wedding Planning and Wedding Decoration, ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience for our couples.
By managing both services under one roof, we eliminate communication gaps, streamline logistics, and maintain design consistency throughout the event. Ally’s perfectionist nature and unwavering commitment to quality mean that we limit our slot to only 36 weddings each year that allowing us to give each celebration the time, detail, and personal attention it truly deserves.
